How did you hear about us?

By confirming your booking, you agree to a minimum of three (3) consecutive cleans. Cancellations before the third clean may still be charged at the full agreed rate. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day(s). If access is not available, the clean may still be chargeable. All payments are collected securely via GoCardless Direct Debit. By booking, you authorise GoCardless to collect payments automatically after each clean. Payments are processed within 3–5 working days of the service being completed. While every effort will be made to carry out cleans on the agreed date, adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may result in rescheduling. Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
