These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Afterglow Exterior Cleaning (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
We offer exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:
Roof Cleaning
Gutter Clean Outs
Fascias and Soffits Cleaning
Wall Rinsing
Window and Sill Cleaning
Driveways and Surrounding Surface Cleaning
All services are subject to inspection and confirmation before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payment
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.
Payments must be made in full upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise.
We accept bank transfer, cash, or card payment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather or safety concerns.

4. Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to your property on the agreed date.
We may refuse service if access is deemed unsafe or not as described.

5. Damage & Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces or fixtures.
Any accidental damage caused by us must be reported within 48 hours to be considered for compensation.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will aim to rectify the issue promptly at no extra cost.
